I'd like Yammer to...

Enable Customizable Two-Step Validation for posts to the 'All Company' group

We'd like Yammer/Microsoft to enhance the tool so organizations & their Yammer admins can enable (if they choose) a "second-check" step for all users who attempt to post to 'All Company'.

- Yammer admins can enable or disable this feature
- Yammer admins can modify the "2nd check" message that would appear to end users if they attempt to post to 'All Company'. The msg appears adjacent to 'Submit' and 'Go back' buttons.

This 2nd-check message box give our company the opportunity to give a company-designed message to educate users that they're communicate to all and aware of possible consequences of doing so -- in some users will 'cancel' and go back to pick a specific group.

With implementing this solution - Microsoft will have enabled a new feature that Yammer admins of larger organizations will love, general end users will appreciate, and organizations will be finding more value, usage, and less push-back by new users who feel Yammer is "too noisy". For smaller organizations who love 'All Company', it also gives them the option of ignoring this new feature and continue working as they're used to.

We desperately need to be able to manage access to All Company in our Yammer network of ca. 10 000 members all over the world. This is to avoid spam and offer value to users who are not interested in "hello" posts and irrelevant posts that should be in appropriate groups. We have communicated with the network repeatedly, advising them of best practice, but it's like holding back the sea. I understand MS is considering this, but could you share an update on when this will be?
